I like the how the hem is cut on this style, more texture.

Organza flowers in gray to scatter around the hem and center bust. I want something light that won’t weight down the skirt.

If we were not going to do the head covering or a cape, I love this fluttery capelet sleeve. I see it off the shoulder like the second picture, but longer and fuller, like the first picture. It would come all the way across the back, dipping down the high waist length at the center back. It would give nice movement.
